How far in advance should we book you for our event?

As early as possible – especially for conferences, trade shows, galas and events with a fixed date. Three to six weeks lead time is the norm, and I'll do my best to accommodate short-notice requests too.

How many photos will we receive in the end?

The number depends on the duration, programme and character of the event. For a conference day, 150–300 curated and edited images in the final selection is typical – produced to editorial criteria, not by the count.

Do you also shoot video clips during the event?

On request I'll capture short moving-image sequences for social media or reels. For more extensive video productions I'm happy to recommend experienced videographers from my network.

How do you handle difficult lighting conditions?

Mixed light, stage spotlights, dimly lit halls or outdoor sessions in the rain are standard at business events. With fast prime lenses, professional equipment and experience, even tough conditions yield images with substance – without intrusive flash in the room.

What does an event reportage cost?

Every event is different – duration, number of locations, number of speakers and the requested delivery speed all influence the price. After a short enquiry I prepare a tailored, transparent quote with no hidden items.

Do you also shoot multi-day events or trade shows?

Yes. I regularly cover multi-day conferences, trade shows and meetings – including upfront briefing, an aligned shotlist workflow and daily express deliveries for ongoing press work or social media communication.

Can we get images quickly for press or social media?

Express selections are an established workflow: first approved images the same evening or the next morning at the latest, with the final gallery within a few working days. That keeps your communication current while the event is still being talked about.

Can the images be used commercially?

Yes. Usage rights are clearly defined in the quote and cover website, social media, press work, recruiting and internal communication. Extensions for print campaigns, out-of-home or stock usage are possible and agreed in advance.
